Vitamin C

I just read up on vitamin C and realised how little vitamin C a person needs a day lol. Those vitamin C health supplements are just overdosing our body. A normal male adult only needs 90 mg of vitamin C a day, which by just eating an orange or a kiwi fruit will suffice. Those health supplements come in huge amounts like 500-1000mg and some even eat 2 tablets... like wth. Most people will associate "heatyness" and falling sick easily to vitamin C. Also, eating more fruits make you shit haha. That's the side effect of having too much vitamin C in the body for it to handle. So, actually, eating more fruits and vitamin C tablets just merely cause the excess vitamin C to pass javascript:void(0)out as motion -.-
