Complicated

"Listening is the least you can do even when you cannot do anything else" quoted from B5 of TODAY. I couldn't help but burst out laughing when i read those lines. You can't blame me you know, when your office is dominated by you-know-whats. Anyway this phrase was from an article how to keep your employees at your workplace. It's about respect and giving due credit and also attention along those lines. Apparently, this crisis is prevalent and rooted deep into the high-ranking baby-boomer generation that of course would starkly and definitely be of more prominence at my workplace - that is that "employers" treat their employees like shit.

Speaking more about my current workplace, I realised an hourglass pattern in its organisation and structure, a structure that is doomed to fail. Why? Right at its highest tier, the chocolate bars and galaxy. At the middle tier, the bowmen and sharpshooters. Right at the bottom tier, are those waiting to be promoted to civilian. The organisation resembles a perfect hourglass shape based on the input, output and efficiency of the 3 tiers. Isn't this structure doomed to fall?

Of something of greater importance, nabei my card holder gave way and my camp pass and 11B dropped somewhere i didnt know. Now i can't find them... made police report and worse come to worse, i'll have to pay 100 bucks and 7 guard duties. WADDDEEEEHECK. Omg seriously la. The worse is to tio chinese new year guard duty. My warrant already brimming at me evil grins. Oh god of all times.

Life's like that
